Zashary Morel

Is an experienced litigator and legal researcher. Ms. Morel practice areas include: Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation, and Business Law.


Ms. Morel is a native of the Dominican Republic. Prior to becoming a lawyer,  Zashary worked as a Legal Assistant for a period of seven years, the last two of those years, she managed the law firm.

After leaving the law firm, she expanded her experience by working as a Certified Legal Intern for the following:

Legal Services of Greater Miami
She represented low-income individuals with IRS debt-related disputes.

The U.S Coast Guard for the 7th District
On matters concerning maritime law including Fourth Amendment related matters.

The Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Humans Rights Clinic
She represented immigrants detained in Krome Processing Detention Center as well as low-income individuals with immigration-related needs.

Prior to starting her own practice

Ms. Morel worked as an Associate Counsel for a Fortune 500 Company as well as co-founded a professional law firm.



Ms. Morel holds both a Juris Doctorate Degree and a Master in Business Administration (graduated Cum Laude).  Zashary’s unique background in law and business serve as an asset to the firm in areas of business law and commercial litigation. 

She is a member of the Hispanic Lawyers Association and the Florida Bar. Zashary is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Court-Southern District of Florida.
